	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/05/2019 answer text <p>Annual housing supply in England amounted to 222,190 net additional dwellings in 2017-18, up 2 per cent on 2016-17 and the highest level since 2007-08. Net additional dwellings includes new build, change of use (non-domestic to residential), conversions (houses to flats), other gains and losses, offset by demolitions.
