HMRC is committed to tackling tax avoidance at all levels across all organisations, including public bodies. It works closely with public bodies to support them with their tax affairs and ensure they pay the right amount.<p> </p><p>It is possible for individuals to use disguised remuneration tax avoidance schemes without the participation or knowledge of the entity that engages them. Individuals, working for public bodies, identified in the course of HMRC’s compliance work as using a tax avoidance scheme would be investigated in the same way as any other scheme user.</p> more like this

unstar this property answer text <p>​We are gravely concerned by the offensive launched by the Syrian regime and Russia in Idlib. We made this clear at an emergency session of the UN Security Council and warned that a full-scale offensive would risk a humanitarian catastrophe. We with the US, France and eight other countries issued a joint statement on 10 May and we released a further statement with France and Germany on 13 May. We will continue to call out the regime and its backers for their actions and to press all sides to return to the ceasefire agreed last September at Sochi.</p> more like this

We condemn all discrimination against religious minorities and constraints on their freedom to practise their faith. Positive steps forward on this agenda are to be welcomed, including President Sisi's calls for peaceful coexistence and the Government of Egypt's expression of support for the rights of Christians and for religious tolerance.</p><p>The 2016 Church Building Law represents another step forward in this area, increasing the number of registered churches in Egypt.</p> more like this

unstar this property answer text <p>​We are aware of the open letter to Pakistan's Prime Minister, Imran Khan, in which EU Parliamentarians express concerns about the persecution of minorities and highlight the link to the Generalised Scheme of Preferences Plus (GSP+).</p><p>The British Government urges Pakistan to make human rights reforms in line with the relevant UN conventions, and to fully cooperate with the EU in the GSP+ process. I raised our concerns about Freedom of Religion or Belief and the protection of minority religious communities with Pakistan's Foreign Minister and Human Rights Minister during my visit to Pakistan in February 2019. At the UN Universal Periodic Review of Pakistan in November 2017, the UK pressed Pakistan to strengthen the protection of minorities and to explain the steps being taken to tackle the abuse of the blasphemy laws.</p> more like this

The health and care system is responsible for providing this assessment. Assessments should take into account the health conditions that may be more prevalent in looked-after children, including foetal alcohol syndrome.</p><p>As part of their inspection of local authority children’s services, Ofsted assesses the progress and experience of children in care, including whether their physical and mental health needs are being effectively identified and met.</p> more like this
