Net additional dwellings includes new build, change of use (non-domestic to residential), conversions (houses to flats), other gains and losses, offset by demolitions. The latest data relates to the year ending December 2018. Additionally, the Home Office publishes a high-level overview of the data in the ‘summary tables’. The ‘contents’ sheet contains an overview of all available data on asylum and resettlement.</p><p>Note: The number of cases which have outcomes that are 'not yet known' will be higher for more recent years as cases are still progressing. These will reduce over time.
