People can be referred to a food bank through a range of local referral partners. Although Jobcentre staff can also signpost claimants in writing to a food bank in line with national guidance, they are not required to maintain records on whether a customer has been issued with a signposting slip. We continue to work closely with retailers, the police and others to tackle these crimes.</p><p>Some information is available on the number of assaults and threats made against staff in the Wholesale and retail sector working in premises in England and Wales from the Home Office Commercial Victimisation. The Memorial will stand as a reminder to all in Parliament, and the whole nation, of our responsibility to remain vigilant against all forms of intolerance and bigotry.</p><p> </p><p>Recognising their suffering and the injustices LGBT people continue to face should, of course, not simply be about gestures; it must translate into action. It has, however, held a number of engagement events with representatives of patients and health professionals in relation to this policy.</p><p>The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) has been commissioned to update and replace interim clinical guidelines on the prescribing of cannabis-based products for medicinal use by October 2019. NICE has consulted with a wide range of stakeholders on the draft scope of the guidelines, including a stakeholder workshop held on 6 November 2018, which was attended by patient and health professional organisations. NICE is expected to issue a public consultation on draft guidelines, which will commence in summer 2019.
