Since the Electoral Commission reported the incident to the National Cyber Security Centre the government has worked closely with the Commission, providing expertise and support to deal with this incident and guard against the risk of future attacks.</p><p>The Government does not routinely comment on incident specifics for operational reasons.</p><p>The Commission has stated that the information accessible during the cyber attack included the names and addresses of anyone in Great Britain who was registered to vote between 2014 and 2022, and anyone registered in Northern Ireland in 2018. Places of worship that are registered charities have been able to apply to a number of these schemes on the basis of being impacted organisations themselves, and for their work delivering community services in response to the pandemic. The Government has consulted on options to raise accessible housing standards, including options to review and potentially tighten the regulatory framework to deliver accessible new homes. <br> <br> Since 2010 the Government has invested over £4 billion into the Disabled Facilities Grant, including £573 million paid to local authorities in May for 2021-22, funding adaptations to almost 450,000 homes. However, we have committed to publish a National Infection Prevention Manual for England that will contain guidelines for IPC best practice across healthcare settings.
