This is 1.69 per cent (an increase of 0.34 per cent from January 2018) of the total of FCO and FCO Services UK-based staff worldwide, and 2.59 per cent (an increase of 0.59 per cent from January 2018) of our staff working in the UK. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/02/2019 answer text <p>Figures from the respected Zimbabwe Human Rights Non-Government Organisations (NGO) Forum and the Zimbabwe Human Rights Commission suggest at least 17 deaths, 81 gunshot injuries and many hundreds of other injuries. The Parties listed in R-ARCSS are: the Transitional Government of National Unity of the Republic of South Sudan; the Sudan People's Liberation Movement/Army-In Opposition; the South Sudan Opposition Alliance; former detainees; and a range of other smaller political parties. A diverse range of stakeholders from civil society and the region, including representatives from the church, business, and women's groups, also signed. The agreement can be found on the Joint Monitoring and Evaluation Commission website. The 2006 Darfur Peace Agreement (also referred to as the Abuja Agreement) was signed by the Government of Sudan and the Sudan Liberation Movement – Mini Minnawi. We continue to press for a peaceful solution. Senior UK officials in Khartoum raised the issue with the Government of Sudan's chief negotiator for Darfur on 5 February 2019. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 18/02/2019 answer text <p>We have consistently made clear to the Government of Sudan our expectation that all detainees will be treated in accordance with international standards and afforded their full legal rights guaranteed in Sudanese law. We have seen no evidence of systemic mistreatment among the general prison population. Following the recent protests we have seen credible evidence of mistreatment of detainees in facilities operated by the National Intelligence and Security Services (NISS). We strongly urge the Government of Sudan to implement the recommendations of the National Dialogue that relate to the powers of the security services to arrest and detain individuals. Most recently, senior UK officials in Khartoum raised the issue with the Government of Sudan's Europe Director on 13 February. Most recently, the Secretary of State for International Trade met his Ecuadorean counterpart, Mr Pablo Campana, on 24 January. Discussions focused on replicating the current broader EU-Andean Free Trade Agreement into a bilateral agreement with the UK, to ensure there is no disruption to our trading relationship as we leave the EU. More widely, British Government officials, including our Ambassador in Quito, are in regular contact with the Ecuadorean government on a variety of bilateral issues, including the economic relationship.
