That is why we are making Relationships Education compulsory in primary schools, and Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) compulsory in all secondary schools.</p><p>High quality teaching of these subjects will help children understand positive relationships, how to value difference and respect for others, and the law on abuse and harassment in an age appropriate way. The consultation on the draft regulations and guidance closed on 7 November. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/12/2018 answer text <p>Further to my answer of 13 November to my Rt Hon Friend the Member for Loughborough, I have received a number of representations regarding section 106, including from civil society organisations.</p><p>We continue to keep uncommenced provisions of the Equality Act 2010 under review. Equality is never a one-time fix and it is right that we should keep re-examining the issues.</p><p>This Parliament is the most gender and LGBT diverse ever, but there is still more to do. Political parties are responsible for their candidate selection and should lead the way in improving women’s representation. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/12/2018 answer text <p>Everyone in the UK should have the opportunity to progress and fulfil their potential in employment, to benefit both the individual and the wider economy. Despite accounting for just under half of all employees in the UK, women are more likely to be in low paid work than men.</p><p>The Government has an aspiration to end low pay, and next year it will set out the Low Pay Commission’s remit from 2020 onwards.</p><p>The National Living Wage (NLW) benefits a higher proportion of women than men. In April 2019, the NLW will increase by 4.9% to £8.21. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/12/2018 answer text <p>The Government, with technical advice from the Oil and Gas Authority (OGA) and representations from the industry via the trade body Oil and Gas UK, assesses that there will be instances when companies hoping to purchase mature fields will be in a position to extract more value from the field through investment than their current owner.</p><p> </p><p>However, there is a barrier to these deals taking place due to the uncertainty around whether the buyer will obtain equivalent decommissioning tax relief.</p><p> </p><p>Transferable Tax History (TTH) overcomes this uncertainty, enabling companies to complete asset deals on mature fields and allowing new investment to take place. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/12/2018 answer text <p>Transferable tax history (TTH) is expected to increase tax receipts from the oil and gas sector by £65 million between tax years 2018-19 and 2023-24. This is based on forecast oil and gas prices as set by the independent Office for Budget Responsibility.</p><p> </p><p>A higher oil price will encourage investment in oil and gas extraction, facilitating more transactions for oil and gas fields and increasing the use of the TTH mechanism. Therefore, TTH would help increase revenues from oil and gas through increased production.</p><p> </p><p>A lower oil price will reduce the incentive for investment and decrease the likelihood that mature oil and gas fields will be sold. In this scenario the yield from new investment as a result of TTH will be lower.
