The Government response outlines the Prime Minister’s decision to ensure that former child migrants receive a payment as soon as possible, in recognition of the fundamentally flawed nature of the historic child migration policy. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 29/01/2019 answer text <p>In July 2018, it was announced that the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine will be extended to boys aged 12-13 years in England. It is expected that the HPV vaccination programme will be extended to boys from the 2019/20 school year. This decision is based on advice from the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation, the independent body that advises United Kingdom health departments on immunisation.</p><p> </p><p>It has been decided not to have a catch up programme for older boys as evidence suggests they are already benefitting greatly from the substantial indirect protection (herd protection) which has built up from 10 years of the girls’ HPV vaccination programme.</p><p> </p><p>The priority is to implement the routine programme effectively, to ensure that coverage in boys approaches that achieved in girls.</p> answering member constituency Winchester answering member printed Steve Brine question first answered 29/01/2019 17:26:29 answering member 4067 label Biography information for Steve Brine

Lancaster will be served from Birmingham in the full HS2 Y network in 2033, as per the central case indicative train service specification in the Phase 2 Economic Case published in June 2017. On 12 February, my Written Ministerial Statement informed the House that the second additional provision to the High Speed Rail (West Midlands - Crewe) Bill includes works at and around Crewe station including the extension of platform 5 to accommodate 400-metre HS2 trains. As well as supporting the Crewe hub vision, this could enable direct services between London and Lancaster bringing additional benefits six years earlier in 2027. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/12/2018 answer text <p>DCMS invests in youth organisations in a number of ways including the National Citizen Service and the Youth Investment and #iwill Funds in partnership with Big Lottery Fund.</p><p> </p><p>Independent charities are responsible for managing their own funding through various mechanisms including donations, trading and investment; and are accountable for their own financial solvency.</p><p> </p><p>vInspired informed DCMS officials that they were in financial difficulties and expected to shortly commence insolvency procedures in November 2018.</p><p> </p><p>vInspired Education are responsible for delivering the NCS programme in the North East, however this is a separate legal entity to vInspired.
