It was also clear that Government wants to see sport’s inspirational impact have as broad a reach as possible.<p /><p>UK Sport studies show the motivational power of sport, with two thirds of the British public saying they have been inspired by the success of our Olympic and Paralympic teams and 40% of these people being motivated to do more sport or active recreation than normal.</p><p>Government welcomes the BBC's announcement that it will stream over 1000 hours of extra sport a year. Along with the BBC Connected Sport app, this will allow greater access for fans across the country to view sport. The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) website has guidance on managing the risks of COVID-19 and specific information on protecting vulnerable workers, which includes the health and safety responsibilities for pregnant workers.</p><p>(b) Employers have a legal duty to act in accordance with the results of their risk assessment for pregnant workers. The statistics in Table 9.2 do not include CSA cases on the CMS system because representation activity on these cases started later than on the CSA system and the data we need to report on them requires more quality assurance. We aim to publish this information in the December 2019 release which is due to be published in Spring 2020.</p><p>(b) Table 9.2 provides statistics at a GB level, and the regional split of child maintenance debt that is written off isn’t published. To provide this information for Scotland would require us to link together several complex datasets and it would incur disproportionate cost. The estimate of what will be written off was included in The CSA Historic Arrears business case. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/07/2020 answer text <p>737,600 children are covered by Child Maintenance Service arrangements; the majority of cases use Direct Pay, where parents arrange maintenance payments between themselves.</p><p>During the quarter ending March 2020, £243.1 million in child maintenance was paid through the Collect &amp; Pay service, or due to be paid through Direct Pay.</p><p> </p><p>When measuring the effectiveness of the Child Maintenance Service, the Service collects data on the rate of compliance. The most recent quarterly statistics show that 68 per cent of all paying parents cleared some of their child maintenance through the Collect &amp; Pay service.</p><p> </p><p>At the end of March 2020, 49,200 Paying Parents on the Collect &amp; Pay service had a Deduction from Earnings Order / Request in force. £28.0m was collected from these Paying Parents during the quarter.
