	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/01/2019 answer text <p>The Department laid a Statutory Instrument in Parliament on 19<sup>th</sup> December 2018 which will bring all direct EU Ecodesign legislation that is operative before exit day into UK law. This will ensure that all existing minimum energy performance standards for energy-using products remain in force after the UK leaves the EU. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/05/2019 answer text <p>Where an energy supplier fails its customers are quickly transferred to another supplier appointed by Ofgem and their account balances are protected.
