	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 18/02/2019 answer text <p>The referrals to the Jointly Managed Engagement Team (JMET) were not broken down into disputes relating specifically to earnings between April 2016 and March 2018.</p><p> </p><p>However, based on the 9811 dispute referrals to the JMET during that period, HMRC estimates that 1765 sought to clarify earnings submitted through Real Time Information (RTI).</p><p> </p><p>Between April and December 2018, there were 7720 referrals to JMET to clarify earnings submitted through RTI. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 18/02/2019 answer text <p>We recognise the concerns that the introduction of offering non-invasive prenatal test (NIPT) could have on the rate of possible terminations following a diagnosis of Down’s Syndrome. However, the key objective of NHS Fetal Anomaly Screening Programme (FASP) is to enable prospective parents to make informed choices, at each step along the screening pathway. The screening guidance and midwife training is very clear that the options should be offered sensitively and prospective parents decisions respected. Counselling is available at all stages of the screening pathway to support people to make informed choices in the event of a fetal abnormality being detected, and the decision to terminate must rest on the judgement of the woman herself and her doctors.</p><p>The national introduction of the evaluative roll out of NIPT as a contingent screening test is yet to be implemented into the NHS FASP. Once NIPT is rolled out, data on the choices women make regarding screening and/or diagnosis will be collected. This research is due to be completed this Summer 2019.</p><p>The Government has commissioned a research project into the prevalence and nature of prostitution in England and Wales; to inform the evidence base before any changes are made to policy and legislation in respect of prostitution. The delivery dates we announced achieve the best balance between continually improving Universal Credit to respond to claimant need and ensuring the service is technically and operationally scalable as the volumes on Universal Credit continue to rise through 2019 and 2020.</p><p> </p><p>Subject to Parliamentary approval of the Universal Credit (Managed Migration) Regulations, discretionary hardship payments will be available from July 2019 to support the successful transition of claimants who are moved from legacy benefits to Universal Credit, who experience hardship. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 18/02/2019 answer text <p>Universal Credit, in common with other benefits, has a start date that is set out in regulations (The Universal Credit, Personal Independence Payment, Jobseeker’s Allowance and Employment and Support Allowance (Claims and Payments) Regulations 2013).</p><p> </p><p>This is a fixed start date and marks the beginning of the award and assessment period. It is necessary to have a fixed start date to be able to assess entitlement and determine the amount of payment due.
