star this property answer text <p>Providing better information and support to people bereaved by suicide is a key area for action in the Cross-Government Suicide Prevention Strategy for England. Effective suicide bereavement services should be provided through local partnerships between local authorities, NHS organisations and voluntary and charitable sector providers. The NHS Choices website provides advice on accessing support for people who have been bereaved.</p><p> </p><p>The charity GambleAware, which funds research, education and treatment for gambling addiction, has published a Strategic Delivery Plan for 2018-2020. This includes plans to commission specialist support for people who suffer bereavement because of the problem gambling of a family member or friend.</p><p> </p><p> </p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>From 1 January 2021, under the Withdrawal Agreement some groups will be entitled to a United Kingdom-issued European Health Insurance Card for travel in the European Union. These include:</p><p>- UK state pensioners living in the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland at the end of the Transition Period;</p><p>- Individuals who are frontier workers at the end of the Transition Period, for as long as they continue to be covered by the Agreement; and</p><p>- EEA or Swiss nationals residing in the UK by the end of the Transition Period.</p><p>UK nationals already living in the EU who hold a member state EHIC may use this when accessing healthcare within the EU and UK.</p><p>For people not covered by the Withdrawal Agreement, the future of reciprocal healthcare arrangements between the UK and EU are subject to negotiations, which are ongoing.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>The Windsor Framework establishes a new way to move prepacked retail goods from Great Britain into Northern Ireland with the ‘Northern Ireland Retail Movement Scheme going live on 1 October 2023.</p><p> </p><p>Goods will move under a single General Certificate for eligible consignments, supported by a packing list.</p><p> </p><p>All businesses responsible for selling or facilitating the movement of food for final consumption in Northern Ireland are eligible to benefit from these simplified arrangements. This includes retailers selling finished goods to end consumers, hospitality venues such as pubs and restaurants, those providing food to the public sector – for example schools, hospitals and prisons, wholesalers supplying smaller retail outlets, businesses operating factory canteens.</p><p> </p><p>These arrangements will therefore apply to goods moving to regional distribution centres, as long as the final destination of the good is in Northern Ireland.</p><p> </p><p>Guidance is available on gov.uk regarding the Scheme, with further guidance being published shortly.</p>
