Officials in the Embassy in Mexico City have regular contact with HRDs and Civil Society Organisations that support them. We work with international partners to monitor cases, observe trials and raise issues with the government. We are working closely with the government of Mexico to support a human rights agenda, including tackling corruption and strengthening the legal system, which some reports suggest are contributing factors to the challenges that HRDs face. Since then, Ofcom has taken a number of steps to benefit consumers in the telecoms sector, including introducing an Automatic Compensation Scheme for broadline and landline customers, and a text to switch reform to simplify switching for mobile customers. Additionally, the Government’s Consumer Green Paper was published on 11 April 2018. It seeks views on how to ensure that modern consumer markets work for all, both now and in the future, including in the telecoms sector. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 29/05/2018 answer text The Government is determined to crackdown on unacceptable behaviour in the online ticketing market and improve fans’ chances of buying tickets at a reasonable price. We have strengthened the existing ticketing provisions in the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are in the process of introducing a new criminal offence of using automated software to buy more tickets than that allowed, and support the work of the Competition and Markets Authority and National Trading Standards in enforcing the law in this area. We recognise, however, that Government can’t act alone in addressing this issue, and that the ticketing industry, regulatory bodies, and online platforms need to take actions themselves. We welcome the action taken in March by the Advertising Standards Authority against four of the main operators in the secondary ticketing sector banning the misleading presentation of pricing information on their websites, and the assurances from these platforms that they would make changes to their websites to comply with this ruling.
