That is why the Government published the Hate Crime Action Plan in 2016 and refreshed it in October 2018.</p><p>The Action Plan established a public awareness campaign which included examples of disability hate crime to make clear that such acts are completely unacceptable, held two ministerial meetings with disability groups and social media companies to help tackle online abuse of disabled people and provided £193,000 in funding for community projects that directly tackled disability hate crime.</p><p> </p> answering member constituency Louth and Horncastle answering member printed Victoria Atkins question first answered 30/11/2020 17:10:11 answering member 4399 label Biography information for Victoria Atkins
