The Foreign Secretary discussed this issue most recently with Saudi Foreign Minister Al Jubeir on 5 September. We call upon all parties to the conflict to improve humanitarian access to alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people. Religious minorities continue to face restrictions in Iran and we receive many reports of arrests, discrimination and harassment.</p><p>I raised concerns about the persecution of religious and ethnic minorities during my visit to Iran on 5 August. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/09/2017 answer text <p>Our Ambassador in Tehran raises the cases of our British/Iranian dual national detainees, including Mr Kamal Foroughi, at every opportunity as part of his regular discussions with the Iranian Government. This happened most recently on 30 August. I also raised the cases of our dual national detainees with the Iranian Foreign Minister and Deputy Foreign Minister when I visited Tehran on 5 August.
