We do not have any evidence to suggest that Yezidi women are being trafficked outside of Iraq and Syria. star this property answer text Article 50 states that the process for withdrawal will take account of the ‘framework’ of the leaving Member State’s future relationship with the EU, and there is a clear connection between the terms of our withdrawal and the future relationship that we want to establish.<p>We do not want to get ahead of the negotiations or set out unilateral positions. How we take the process forward will be a matter for discussion with the EU institutions and our European partners. But given the language in Article 50, and the connection between our withdrawal and our future relationship, it is our intention to seek to deal with both sets of issues together wherever possible, something that would clearly be in the interests of the EU as well as the UK.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>‘Transforming our Justice System’ sets out the Government’s plans to modernise the justice system and it consults on specific elements of these reform proposals. This includes certain issues that are relevant to the tribunals, such as tribunal panel composition and the provision of ‘assisted digital’ services.</p><p><br> As the noble Lady will be aware, the consultation is available to the public, and anyone with an interest is welcome to feed in their views. Ministry of Justice and HMCTS have engaged directly with the judiciary, who are fundamental to the success of reform, in considering the operational implications of the reform proposals. They have also engaged and worked with other relevant Government departments, key legal institutions, and a range of stakeholders with an interest in disability and mental health. These discussions are ongoing and will continue as the plans are further developed and implemented.</p> more like this

However, the number of families who received Child Benefit in the constituency can be found in Table 6 from Child Benefit statistics geographical analysis: August 2015: <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/child-benefit-statistics-geographical-analysis-august-2015" target="_blank"><strong>https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/child-benefit-statistics-geographical-analysis-august-2015</strong></a></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>b) In the 12 months to June 2016, 450 cases with the Child Support Agency in the Tottenham constituency have experienced new payment arrears due to a non-resident parent either not paying any child maintenance or not paying in full.</p><p> </p><p>The total value of arrears on cases in the Tottenham constituency stood at £5,461,264. This is for all cases, and not just those with arrears that have built up in the 12 months to June 2016, and includes arrears from the whole life of the case.</p><p> </p><p>Information on geographical breakdowns on the Child Maintenance Scheme is not routinely recorded for management information purposes and could only be provided at disproportionate cost.</p><p><br>Notes:</p><p> </p><p>1) Numbers are rounded to the nearest 10.</p><p>2) Monetary values are rounded to the nearest pound.</p><p>3) Cases have been allocated to a parliamentary constituency by matching the residential postcode of the parent with care or non-resident parent for all cases administered on the CS2 and CSCS computer systems and cases managed off system to the Office for National Statistics Postcode Directory.</p>

star this property answer text <p>With regard to care leavers, the Department collects information about whether the local authority is in touch with the young person, their activity status, what type of accommodation they are in, and whether the accommodation is judged to be suitable.</p><p> </p><p>Young people should be recorded by local authorities as “not in education, employment or training due to pregnancy or parenting” when they are not able to participate in any of these activities because of pregnancy or because they are parents or carers. In terms of their contact with the local authority, 2,120 were in touch with the local authority[2]. The Secretary of State may approve the proposal on condition that a different PAN is agreed, for example to reflect a change in local circumstances, such as higher pupil numbers.
