school meals is not published at borough level.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Information
on the number of pupils known to be eligible for and claiming free school meals at
local authority and regional level is published in the ‘Schools, pupils and their
characteristics: January 2014’ Statistical First Release.[1] Tables 8a to 8d of the
release show information for pupils in primary, secondary and special schools, as
well as pupil referral units. Information for 2010 to 2013 can be found in previous
