Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer has committed to completing a major review of business rates by the end of 2015.</p><p> </p><p>Autumn Statement 2014 announced a £1bn package of measures to reduce the burden of business rates, focussed on small businesses and retailers, including:</p><p>· extending the doubling of the Small Business Rate Relief until April 2016;</p><p>· continuing the 2% cap on the inflation-linked increase in the business rates multiplier until April 2016; and</p><p>· increasing the retail discount for shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants until April 2016</p> more like this

They indicate that in 2013 (the latest figures currently available) the UK cyber security sector was worth over £6 billion and employed around 40,000 people.</p><p> </p><p>The Government is committed to the continued development of the cyber security sector, which is why we established the Cyber Growth Partnership as the primary vehicle for joint industry–Government initiatives to grow a vibrant sector, both domestically and in overseas markets.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p /> <p>The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, through the Medical Research Council (MRC) and Innovate UK, has not provided any funding over the last five years into research on the causes, effects and treatment of Stevens-Johnson Syndrome and toxic epidermal necrolysis.</p><p>The MRC is one of the main agencies through which the Government supports medical and clinical research. It is an independent research funding body that receives its grant in aid from the Department. The MRC always welcomes high quality applications for support into any aspect of human health and these are judged in open competition with other demands on funding. Awards are made according to their scientific quality and importance to human health.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p /> <p>There are currently 26 growth hubs across England. 13 new growth hubs will launch by March 2016, when there will be a growth hub available in every 39 LEP area. The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) holds many of the key productivity levers, including skills, innovation, competition and regulation.
