DWP has a Whistleblowing policy which covers all employees. This encourages employees to raise any concerns about wrongdoing. Where an employee raises a concern under this policy, the procedures ensure that they are provided with protection, help and support.</p><p> </p><p>(b) Responsibility for the protection of whistleblowers in Work Programme providers rests with their employers. Should there be no change in the labour market outlook or the pace at which claims are migrated, the current business case assumes for planning purposes the bulk of this exercise will be complete by 2019.</p><p> </p><p>Universal Credit is being implemented in a safe and secure manner using a test and learn approach. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 03/11/2014 answer text <p /> <p>It is a priority for me to ensure that as many disabled people as possible are helped towards employment through the Department’s various employment programmes.</p><p> </p><p>As mentioned in the “Disability and Health Employment Strategy: the discussions so far”, I understand the importance of a specialist support offer for disabled people, and I want to continue to improve this offer by considering a wide range of ideas and initiatives.</p><p> </p><p>My officials are currently undertaking a detailed analysis of how best to support disabled customers, and the role that Residential Training Colleges should play in this support. I cannot yet confirm when I will be able to inform residential training colleges of the outcome of this work, which will take account of the broader Disability Health and Employment Strategy and of the Department’s other employment programmes including Work Programme and Work Choice. It gives the national profile of adult literacy, numeracy and ICT skills in England and assesses the impact of different skills levels on people’s lives.</p><p> </p><p>The Skills for Life Survey is attached in 2 parts (due to downloading restrictions).<br></p><p> </p><p>The survey covers individuals aged 16-65 in England only.
