unstar this property question text To ask Her Majesty's Government what assessment they have made of the findings in the report of the UN Special Rapporteur on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions Investigation into the unlawful death of Mr. Jamal Khashoggi, published on 19 June, that (1) Jamal Khashoggi was the victim of a premeditated extrajudicial execution, for which the State of Saudi Arabia is responsible, (2) there is "credible evidence, warranting further investigation of high-level Saudi officials’ individual liability, including that of the Crown Prince's", (3) the Human Rights Council, the Security Council or the UN Secretary-General should conduct an international follow-up criminal investigation for the purpose of determining individual liability and identifying options towards judicial accountability, and (4) there have been few effective international responses, whether legal, political or diplomatic, to date. more like this
