The working group is supported by input from the National Oceanography Centre, Natural History Museum and British Geological Survey. At-risk patients are targeted by the Public Health England and NHS England marketing campaign, Help Us Help You, which includes television, radio and advertising supported by public relations, digital search and partnership activity. Communications this year will include messages about a wider range of flu vaccines now available which offer better protection. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/07/2019 answer text <p>Any company meeting the standards for the manufacture of unlicensed medicinal products, can supply cannabis-based products for medicinal use.</p><p>Cannabis-based products for medicinal use are Schedule 2 controlled drugs under the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001, which means that manufacturers, importers and distributors of these products must hold valid Home Office and Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) licences for the relevant activities which will include possession, supply and production of controlled drugs. We have invested over £3.5 billion since 2010 to improve air quality and deliver cleaner transport.</p><p> </p><p>From 2020, all funds raised through Vehicle Excise Duty in England will be ring-fenced to form a National Roads Fund, which will be reinvested into the road network.
