unstar this property answer text <p>There are no current plans to reserve posts in the Palace of Westminster in the first instance for recently disabled servicemen and servicewomen.</p><p>Employment practice in both Houses is to recruit through fair and open competition and to welcome job applications from people with disabilities, making any reasonable adjustments to enable disabled applicants to compete equally for employment and promotion.</p><p>The bi-cameral workplace equality network ParliABLE promotes awareness and positive approaches to disability through publicity and events which continue to be well supported by Members of both Houses.</p> more like this

Data for the years 2011 to 2013 are shown in the following tables. Due to routine updating of the commodity codes by Eurostat, wood pellets were coded as ‘44013020 - Sawdust and wood waste and scrap, agglomerated in pellets’ in 2011 but then classified to the new code ‘44013100 – wood pellets’ in 2012 and 2013. For this analysis we have combined these two headings to provide a consistent series. In Wales the figure was 82 per cent</p><p> </p><p>The 2014 Apprenticeship Pay Survey will be published in December 2014.</p><p> </p><p>The report does not show how many apprentices under 19 earned less than £90 per week, as it does not link hours worked to pay rates. However, the mean average hourly rate for apprentices under 19 was £3.77 in England and Wales and £3.34 in Northern Ireland.</p><p> </p> more like this

unstar this property answer text <p>The Department is currently working with the Council Tax Partnership Forum and local authorities to identify appropriate and proportionate data for the independent three-year review of the local council tax support policy.</p><p> </p><p>The timetable, coverage, process for data collection and detailed terms of reference for the review will be agreed and published in due course.</p><p> </p><p>Spending on council tax benefit doubled under the last Government, costing taxpayers £4 billion a year—equivalent to almost £180 a year per household. Welfare reform is vital to tackle the budget deficit by the last Administration.</p><p> </p><p>Our reforms to localise council tax support now give councils stronger incentives to support local firms, cut fraud, promote local enterprise and get people to into work. We are ending the last Administration's 'something for nothing' culture and making work pay.</p> more like this
