Furthermore, between 2005 and 2011 Cycling England were responsible for investment in cycling, however they were not consultants. The number of Highways Agency minor schemes currently scheduled for delivery in 2014/15 is in excess of 4,000 and a similar number are under development for 2015/16 and future years.
