These are updated twice a year and data for each fire and rescue authority in England can be found in spreadsheet workbook 7 at:</p><p> </p><p><a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/fire-statistics-monitor" target="_blank">www.gov.uk/government/collections/fire-statistics-monitor</a></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The Department published numbers of casualties at non-fire incidents for the first time in the 2010-11 publication of <em>Fire Statistics Great Britain</em>. These are Official Statistics publications and as such, the Department's Head of Profession for Statistics has sole responsibility for decisions on the methodology for these statistics and how they are presented.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The excluded incidents are those for which response time may be less critical, such as fires in abandoned vehicles or derelict property, and exceptional incidents which would otherwise skew averages and hinder analysis of trends.
