Legacy issues are due to <ins class="ministerial">be</ins> discussed during the British-Irish Intergovernmental Conference (BIIGC) on 2 December.</p><p>The UK and Irish Governments have also been undertaking a period of engagement regarding legacy issues, as announced following the BIIGC in June.
