In addition, accommodation Providers must consult on every property that is to be used for asylum dispersal with Local Authorities who will assess its viability in relation to social cohesion, as well as a number of other factors</del></p><p><del class="ministerial">A governance structure has been established to facilitate a joint review into asylum dispersal which will be co-designed and co-produced by Local Au-thorities and the Home Office</del>.</p><p> </p><p><ins class="ministerial">The Home Office record the number of all individuals referred to the National Referral Mechanism (NRM) and this information is published Quarterly by the National Crime Agency. This information does not distinguish an individ-ual’s immigration status. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 25/04/2019 answer text <p><del class="ministerial">I</del> <ins class="ministerial">Lord Ahmad of Wimbledon </ins>spoke to the Secretary General of the Commonwealth about the situation in Brunei on 4 April. The Secretary General is in contact with the Government of Brunei and is working through Commonwealth channels.</p><p>​The UK encourages all Commonwealth partners to protect and promote the values in the Commonwealth Charter, including its opposition to all forms of discrimination. We have made clear that nobody should face persecution or discrimination because of who they are or whom they love.</p><p>Brunei is one of several Commonwealth countries that imposes corporal and capital punishments. It has now introduced new potential penalties under the Sharia Penal Code.</p><p>We have raised our concerns with the Government of Brunei. It is therefore not for the Department to carry out this type of assessment, nor to comment on whether there is sufficient competition.</p><p> </p><p>I can, however, confirm that CAA data for 2018 shows that the four largest airports in Scotland (Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Inverness and Glasgow) have flights to two or more airports in the London system, with flights operated by multiple airlines.</p><p> </p><p>In addition, the UK Government, in partnership with the Scottish Government and Dundee City Council, provide financial support for an air route from Dundee to <del class="ministerial">Stanstead,</del> <ins class="ministerial">Stansted</ins> through a public service obligation. Extensive work to prepare for a ‘no deal’ scenario has been under way for the last two years to ensure the country continues to operate as smoothly as possible from the day we leave.</p><p> </p><p>It is sensible contingency planning for the Government to ensure providers for critical public services are prepared and ready for a no deal. Lead departments for specific public sector catering (e.g. DHSC for hospital trusts, DfE for schools and MoJ for prisons) have been talking to key food suppliers to those public services to ensure resilient supply chains. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/03/2019 answer text <p>All schools have the autonomy to decide the structure and duration of their school day, which includes the flexibility to decide when their school day should start and finish.</p><p>The Department does not collect information on when schools finish their school day.</p><p>Maintained schools are required to be open to educate their pupils for at least 380 sessions (190 days) each school year.
