<p>The full-time gender pay gap is the lowest it has ever been but the Government is committed to eliminating the gender pay gap entirely.</p><p>We introduced ground-breaking legislation last year requiring all large employers to report their gender pay gaps. The best employers will use this information to take action to close their gaps.</p>
