star this property answer text <p>In line with the Government’s approach of ensuring continuity as we leave the EU, the list of postcodes hosted on gov.uk will replicate – at the point at which the EU-Israel agreements cease to apply to the UK and, thus, the UK-Israel agreement is brought into force – the EU’s list of postcodes. We have invited views on the UK’s approach to future trade agreements, and engagement with stakeholders is ongoing.</p><p> </p><p>On 9<sup>th</sup> November 2017 the UK and US exchanged letters on mutually agreed protocols for the treatment of information exchanged in the course of the Trade and Investment Working Group. star this property answer text <p>The top three exports and imports which the UK trades with France, Germany and Italy are shown in the tables attached. This data contains HMRC trade in goods data, which is on the basis of goods crossing the customs border, and trade in services data which is from the ONS Pink Book on a balance of payments basis. Data for 2015 is pending correction by ONS, so is not shown. Data for 2016 will be published later this year. Both the HMRC and ONS data has been published and is publicly available.</p><p>Further information on UK trade in goods is available in the HMRC Overseas Trade Statistics interactive database.</p><p>Further information on 2014 UK trade in services is available in ONS The Pink Book 2016.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>Data are not available from a single source for trade in goods and services combined. The value of trade is calculated by summing exports and imports. The single market here is defined as the EU countries.</p><p>Data for 2014 taken from Eurostat show there were 194 countries and territories where the value of trade in goods with the rest of the EU was higher than the value of trade in goods with the UK. star this property answer text <p>The latest figures reported by the ONS show that:</p><p>1: The value of UK exports of goods and services to countries outside the EU was £86.6bn and £86.1bn in Q1 2018 and Q2 of 2018 respectively. There has been an increase of 3.7% in UK exports to non-EU countries in the year to June 2018, compared to the previous 12 months.</p><p>The 3.7% growth in non-EU exports in the year to June 2018 was driven mainly by goods, which increased by £7.0bn (4.2%) over this period. Services exports also increased by £5.4bn (3.3%) in the year to June 2018.</p><p> </p><p>2: The value of UK imports of goods and services from EU countries was £86.4bn and £88.9bn in Q1 2018 and Q2 of 2018 respectively. There has been an increase of 4.9% in UK imports from the EU in the year to June 2018, compared to the previous 12 months.</p><p>The 4.9% growth in imports from the EU in the year to June 2018 was driven mainly by goods, which increased by £12.3bn (4.9%) over this period. Services imports to the EU also increased by £4.0bn (5.0%) in the year to June 2018.</p>

In addition, data reported by its trading partners are limited.</p><p>The latest estimates of levels of trade in oil and coal, between North Korea and other countries, including China and Russia, are given in the attached spreadsheet.</p><p>These are estimates reported by North Korea’s partner countries, sourced from UN Comtrade’s database: <a href="https://comtrade.un.org/data/" target="_blank">https://comtrade.un.org/data/</a>.</p><p>‘Coal’ is defined as Harmonised System (HS) code 2701: Coal; briquettes, ovoids and similar solid fuels manufactured from coal.</p><p>‘Oil’ is defined as HS codes 2709 (Petroleum oils, crude) and HS 2710 (Petroleum oils, other than crude.)</p> more like this
