	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/07/2015 answer text <p>The Energy Systems Catapult is already operational and was formally launched on 1 April 2015 with an interim CEO and from a temporary location in Birmingham. The Chairman was appointed in January 2015 and the Catapult has had an interim management team in place since May. Four non-executive directors were appointed in June.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The Catapult is working to move to a permanent home in Birmingham in 2016.
