This falls within the remit of the Government People Group, within the Cabinet Office.</p><p>All candidates requiring a reasonable adjustment are able to request one during their application. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/05/2024 answer text <p>On the number and proportion of PIP claimants in employment, I refer the honourable member to the answer given on the 2<sup>nd</sup> of May to PQ <a href="https://questions-statements.parliament.uk/written-questions/detail/2024-04-29/24056" target="_blank">24056.</a></p><p> </p><p>The Department has made no assessment of the potential impact of Personal Independence Payments on trends in the number of claimants (a) in and (b) seeking employment.</p><p> </p><p>Personal Independence Payment (PIP) is designed to help with the extra costs arising from long-term ill health and disability, and is paid regardless of income and irrespective of whether someone is in work. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/05/2024 answer text <p>A one-bedroom rate for the calculation of Local Housing Allowance is defined as accommodation where the tenant has the exclusive use of only one bedroom and exclusive use of a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet and a room suitable for living in. This includes studio apartments.
