	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/06/2020 answer text <p>The government continues to encourage more people to go online, so they can access the guidance and services they need – as well as reducing the cost of public services.</p><p> </p><p>The department has continued to reduce its paper consumption. The Department continues to review the effectiveness of this system to ensure it provides a robust platform from which applications can be concluded within UKVI’s existing customer service standards.</p><p>The Department has already begun to transition overseas visa applications from Proviso to ATLAS for example on the Hong Kong British National (Overseas) (BNO) and Ukrainian Scheme routes.
