At the end of each project, recipients of LIBOR funding also complete a close of project report and an assessment is conducted against the original terms and conditions. This enables the MOD to confirm the closure and record lessons learnt for future grants. The Covenant is a promise by the nation ensuring that those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, and their families, are treated fairly, wherever they are in the country.
