star this property answer text <p>The Office for National Statistics use the Labour Force Survey to provide estimates for workless households in the UK.</p><p> </p><p>However, the percentage and number of workless households in Crawley are unavailable due to small sample sizes.</p><p> </p><p>For April-June 2018, there were 331,000 workless households in the South East region, which was 11.8% of households in the region.</p><p> </p><p>For April-June 2018, there were 2,391,000 workless households in England, which was 13.7% of all English households.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p /> <p>The information requested is not available.</p><p> </p><p>Universal Credit ensures that people are better off in work – and makes it pay for people to increase their earnings through more or better paid work. We will, for the first time, be supporting people in low-paid work to take active steps to increase their earnings.</p><p> </p><p>Universal Credit substantially improves the incentives to work. Up to 300,000 more people are likely to be in work as a result of Universal Credit, through improved financial incentives, increased simplicity of the system and increased conditionality.</p><p> </p><p>The number of workless households has fallen by nearly 700,000 since 2010, to its lowest level on record and the number of people in in-work poverty fell 300,000 on the year, 2012/13 compared to 2011/12.</p><p> </p> more like this

Estimates of the Non Accelerating Inflation Rate of Unemployment have been made by the Office for Budget Responsibility. Estimates of the level of unemployment under other scenarios are not available as this depends on a variety of factors including the size of the population at the time that position is reached and how those not in work are split between unemployed and economically inactive.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>The tables attached provide estimates on the number of out of work people of working age in the local authority of Sunderland, each English region and England who reported having one of the following specific long term health conditions (as either their main or secondary health condition):</p><p> </p><ul><li>Table 1: Difficulty in seeing or hearing</li><li>Table 2: Conditions related to skin or epilepsy</li><li>Table 3: Musculoskeletal conditions</li><li>Table 4: Heart, blood pressure or blood circulation problems</li><li>Table 5: Diabetes</li></ul><p> </p><p>Not all data is available by the exact health conditions requested. Where data on the blind and deaf has been requested, data on those who report having difficulty in seeing or hearing has been provided. In addition, data is also not available for those with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes, therefore only information for individuals who report they have any type of diabetes has been provided.</p><p> </p><p>Data has been provided for each financial year between 2010/11 to 2015/16.</p><p>A change in how the survey questionnaire captures information on long term health conditions was made in April-June 2013. This change led to a break in the series and in order to provide data for complete years it has been presented in financial years, not calendar years. This series break also means that data for 2013/14 onwards cannot be compared with previous years.
