	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/11/2014 answer text <p>The Detained Fast Track (DFT) and the Detained Non-Suspensive Appeals (DNSA) process exist to deal with claims for asylum that appear, after screening, to be ones where a particularly quick decision can be made. Entry to the Detained Fast Track procedure is determined by reference to published policy available on the Gov.uk website. The policy neither requires nor excludes claims based on the nationality or country of origin of the claimants. The Frontex Regulation was nevertheless drafted in such a way to require Frontex to facilitate operational cooperation between the UK and Member States on a case by case basis (Article 12(1) of the Frontex Regulation). Asylum support is now managed through regional asylum teams. <br><br>Support may be provided under section 95 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 to asylum seekers who would otherwise be destitute until their asylum claim is determined. Section 95 support can be provided as both accommodation and subsistence, or accommodation or subsistence only.<br><br>The numbers of asylum seekers in receipt of support are available broken down by Local Authority. This is consistent with the position of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, whose advice for British nationals is that travel for essential reasons should continue.
