	answer	answer answer text <p>London bus services are the responsibility of Transport for London and the London Mayor who is responsible for all aspects of services including bus safety.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>Bus services outside London are deregulated and provided on a commercial basis by private operators. It is for individual local transport authorities in those areas to determine what powers in the Bus Services Act 2017 are used to address bus safety issues. For example, under a franchising scheme, bus operators could be required, by the franchising authority, to provide bus safety data at specified intervals.</p>

	answer	answer answer text <p>Like all pesticides, Roundup (a range of weedkillers containing glyphosate) is subject to strict regulation to ensure that its use will not harm people or have unacceptable effects on the environment.</p><p> </p><p>The European Commission decided in December 2017 to approve glyphosate for continuing use until December 2022. The decision followed a scientific risk assessment by the European Food Safety Authority, which included a very close scrutiny of the evidence on whether glyphosate causes cancer. UK experts participated in that assessment and supported its conclusions.</p><p> </p><p>All pesticide products, including Roundup, are tightly regulated by the Health and Safety Executive. They are only authorised for use if scientific data demonstrates that they will not harm people or have unacceptable effects on the environment.</p><p> </p><p>We will continue to keep an active watch on the scientific evidence on glyphosate.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>

The suggestion to decouple the youth budget from the main budget is just one option proposed to manage the budget deficit in the organisation flowing from Russian non-payment and also as part of a wider drive for reforms and efficiency savings. It has yet to be discussed. The UK's priority is to protect the core functions of the organisation, including the court and the convention system.</p>

But to be able to identify these cases, as they are not held centrally, we would have to access individual court records which would be of disproportionate cost.</p>

	answer	answer answer text <p>The Government has committed to publishing a Green Paper on adult social care at the earliest opportunity, setting out proposals for reform and will bring forward ideas for including an element of risk pooling in the system, which will help to protect people from the highest costs. We are committed to ensuring everyone has access to the care and support they need, based on a principle of shared responsibility.</p><p>One of the important elements of the dementia fund proposal was greater use of Personal Health Budgets (PHBs). PHBs are one way to give people with long-term health conditions and disabilities more choice and control over the money spent on meeting their health and wellbeing needs. We have committed to exploring possible new rights to have PHBs to a further five areas across 2019-20 including dementia.</p>
