Representations that I receive are then put to the Committee of Selection for consideration when agreeing proposals to the House for membership of committees. In the 2016-17 session, the Government published 3 draft bills. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/07/2019 answer text <p>An option to move Parliament out of the Palace of Westminster to a new purpose-built building was included in the <a href="https://restorationandrenewal.parliament.uk/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/Pre-Feasibility-Study-Oct12.pdf" target="_blank">Restoration and Renewal Pre-Feasibility Study</a> published in 2012. The House of Lords Commission, then known as the House Committee, reviewed that study on 30 October 2012. It decided to rule out the option of constructing a new building away from Westminster and agreed that no further analysis would be undertaken on this option. The House of Commons Commission had already taken a similar view. This inquiry has brought to light behaviour which is unacceptable, and it is incumbent on the House of Lords to take swift action. It is important that the House now carefully considers the concerns raised in this important report, and responds to its recommendations.</p><p>It is primarily for Parliament, rather than Government, to consider how best to respond to Naomi Ellenbogen QC’s recommendations. The House of Lords Commission met on Wednesday 17 July in order to plan its response to the recommendations. Every member of the Commission committed to complete the Valuing Everyone training course, and the leaders of the political groupings committed their front bench to do the same. That is why in 2018 the Attorney General published his review, looking at the efficiency and effectiveness of the current disclosure system, including how sensitive data is handled. We are now working hard to implement the recommendations made in the review, and extensive action has already been undertaken to bring about necessary changes. Including taxes, industrial electricity prices rose from 4.77 pence per kWh in 2005 to 7.84 pence per kWh in 2010.</p><p>The steel sector has received more than £295 million in compensation since 2013 to make energy costs more competitive, including over £53 million during 2018. In addition, between 2017 and 2019, the Government has introduced policies that provide eligible steel producers with an 85% reduction in renewable energy policy costs in their electricity bills. The Welsh Government, the Wales Office, Department for Business, Energy &amp; Industrial Strategy and the Department for International Trade came together with the company, local leaders, unions and Bridgend County Borough Council for the first meeting of the Ford Bridgend Taskforce on 1 July.</p><p>Jointly sponsored by Welsh Government Minister for Economy and Transport Ken Skates and my rt. hon.
