answer text <p>The response to HL13981 simply reflects the fact that the Hon Member for Pendle, Andrew Stephenson MP, has made strong representations to Ministers about the proposal to reinstate the Colne-Skipton rail link. In response the Secretary of State for Transport has visited Colne twice in the last 12 months in relation to this scheme and so hence he is personally aware of the Hon Member’s commitment to this scheme.</p><p> </p><p>This did not influence the remainder of that answer.</p> more like this

The data is partially held by either NHS Digital or the NHS Business Services Authority.</p><p> </p><p>As part of its formal framework agreement with the Department, NHS Digital collects, processes and publishes data from across the health and social care system in England, including data on prescribing and medicines. NHS Digital reports that it does not hold the prescription level data requested but does hold data on the net ingredient cost of Methadone Hydrochloride prescription items written in the United Kingdom and dispensed in the community in England, via an FP10 prescription form. answer text <p>NHS Digital has complied with all aspects of the national data opt-out Direction 2017. The national data opt-out, including the systems to collect and store national data opt-out preferences, was implemented on 25 May 2018.</p><p>Since July 2018, NHS Digital has published regular statistical publications on the number of people with a national data opt-out. Since November 2018 the analysis has included a breakdown by age, gender and geography.</p><p>NHS Digital has also produced some analysis of the impact on Hospital Episode Statistics. The analysis is based on recent national data opt-out data and will be published by April 2019.</p> more like this

answer text <p>Article 50 (1) of the TFEU states that any Member State may decide to withdraw from the EU in accordance with its own constitutional requirements. The decision to permit the Prime Minister to notify (under Article 50(2) of the Treaty on European Union) of the United Kingdom’s intention to withdraw from the EU, was approved overwhelmingly by Parliament through the European Union (Notification of Withdrawal) Act 2017.</p><p>Under the terms of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, the withdrawal agreement may be ratified only if the negotiated withdrawal agreement and the framework for the future relationship have been approved by a resolution of the House of Commons.</p><p> </p> more like this
