	answer text	<p>The Homes and Communities Agency does not own or control Spitfire House and had no involvement in the decision of Birmingham Metropolitan College to sell the property to the Education Funding Agency. The Agency’s role is limited to determining whether a legal charge it holds over the building should be removed.</p>
