The UK Government is holding ongoing discussions with the Northern Ireland Executive to establish at least one Freeport in Northern Ireland as soon as possible.<p> </p><p>The Northern Ireland Protocol does not prevent the establishment of Freeports in Northern Ireland. As of 9 June, travellers from the UK to France who are fully vaccinated do not need to justify an essential reason for travel or self-isolate upon arrival. France accepts proof of vaccination status via the NHS App or an official NHS letter. The Minister for the European Neighbourhood and the Americas raised her concerns over the attacks on both Stepanakert and Ganja with the Armenian Charge d'Affaires in London on 13 October and Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Bayramov on 15 October, clearly stating that civilian casualties are unacceptable. Reporting suggests that 10 civilians were killed and 35 injured during the attack on Ganja.
