	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 28/11/2017 answer text <p>In October 2016, we announced an improved compensation scheme under which rail passengers, including rail season ticket holders, will be able to claim compensation if their train is delayed by 15 minutes or more. ‘Delay Repay 15’, (DR15) which provides compensation of 25% of the cost of the single ticket or 25% of the cost of the relevant portion of the return ticket for delays of between 15 and 29 minutes, has been introduced on Govia Thameslink Railway services and is being rolled out more widely across DfT-franchised Train Operating Companies, starting with South Western, West Midlands and South Eastern.</p><p> </p><p>DR15 will be contracted as a requirement for new DfT franchises when contracts come up for renewal. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/07/2017 answer text <p>The UK’s electoral registers are maintained by individual Electoral Registration Officers appointed by each local authority in Great Britain and by the Chief Electoral Officer in Northern Ireland. This means that it would not be feasible to identify duplicate entries between registers without considerable additional financial and operational resources. Providing a mechanism for EROs to compare information about electoral register entries more automatically across all 381 registers could help to further improve the accuracy and completeness of electoral registers and could also help to address the risk of voting more than once at a relevant election.</p><p>It is an offence under Section 61(2)(a) of the Representation of the People Act 1983, for an elector to cast more than one vote on their own behalf in a UK Parliamentary general election or at a referendum. This offence carries a fine which is unlimited in England and Wales, or a fine not exceeding £5,000 in Scotland.</p><p>Investigations into possible criminal offenses are a matter for the relevant police forces. His farewell service took place at the Cathedral on 1 October 2016. There has been no reason to review the appropriateness of procedures and practice relating to the resignation.</p><p>In July the Bishop of Peterborough announced his decision to hold a formal Bishop’s visitation of the cathedral to investigate and report on the financial management and the overall governance of the Cathedral. At the time the Bishop noted that “The Cathedral is going through a cash flow crisis. It is taking too long to pay some bills, and paying the staff at the end of the month has been a close thing twice recently.” In response to requests from the Bishop and cathedral Chapter the Church Commissioners have provided advice, support, and financial backup to help the cathedral in this situation. The Government has been working closely with the Government of Barbados to ensure that our close and long-standing relationship is reflected fully in those celebrations both in Barbados and in the UK.</p><p>Barbados achieved independence from Britain on November 30th 1966. The anniversary is celebrated as Independence Day and is a national holiday in Barbados. Independence celebrations run throughout the month of November and include sports competitions, fairs, community events and religious services. For the 50th anniversary, Barbados has also announced a year of celebration with a number of events taking place over the next 12 months, beginning on 6 January 2016 with a parade through Bridgetown. Its remit includes the provision of a reliable, efficient supply of blood and associated services to the National Health Service in England and North Wales.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Although blood stocks are currently in a healthy position, there is always a need for new donors to fill the gaps left by existing donors who are no longer able to give blood- to ensure that we have the right mix of blood groups to match patients’ needs.
