Our Ambassador raised our concerns with the Foreign Minister on 22 August and the Defence Minister on 29 August. President Mnangagwa must hold those responsible for human rights violations to account. However, the following restrictions apply to all staff with effect from August 2010:</p><p> </p><ul><li>No lunches, tea or coffees can be ordered for any internal meeting (i.e. a meeting between MoJ staff).
