	question text	To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what assessment his Department has made of the potential merits of New Clause 23 to the Agriculture Bill which proposes a penalty for eating dogs of imprisonment for a period not exceeding six months or a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
