Tertiary education is defined as International Standard Classification of Education levels 5-8. These range from office buildings to laboratories. The Government is committed to positive and productive engagement with businesses and local government in the West Midlands, as well as all parts of the UK, and will continue to work closely with them to understand the potential impact and opportunities presented by the UK’s withdrawal from the EU.</p><p>We have already carried out very significant ‘no deal’ preparations, and we have now published 106 specific technical notices to help businesses, citizens and consumers to prepare for March 2019 in the event of a no deal scenario.</p><p>These included 13 technical notices published by the Department for Transport covering road, rail, aviation and maritime. Funding is delivered directly through child protection programming, as well as through wider education, nutrition, health, economic development and social protection programming. Current examples of support include providing £5 million to the Global Partnership to End Violence Against Children that is driving international progress towards Sustainable Development Goal 16.2 and on which the Secretary of State is a board member, £26 million to a Regional Programme in Asia targeting the worst forms of child labour and £29.7 million to Education Cannot Wait, a global fund for education in emergencies which has protection at its centre.</p><p> </p><p>There are currently no codes or markers within the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) database that allow for the systematic identification and tracking of all spending on protecting children from violence. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/11/2018 answer text <p>The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) does not currently recommend any specific treatment for Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency (AATD).</p><p> </p><p>NHS England is engaging with NICE on the Highly Specialised Technologies evaluation of human alpha1-proteinase inhibitor for treating emphysema in adults with documented severe AATD (ID856).
