A comprehensive set of safeguards is in place to ensure data is disclosed only to legitimate organisations and where it is lawful and fair to do so.</p><p> </p><p>The Agency ensures recipients of DVLA data are audited to confirm that the data provided is being used appropriately. This is in part to ensure that the vehicle owner can have confidence that their vehicle is not damaged by the test. We would be happy to consider proposals to make enforcement against noisy motorcyclists easier.
