<p>The Home Office does not routinely comment on individual cases. The Home Office
has obligations in law to protect this information.<br><br>Before issuing a visa,
entry clearance officers overseas must be satisfied a foreign national meets the requirements
of the Immigration Rules in the <br>category of entry sought and that they have not
brought themselves within scope of the general grounds for refusal. An Entry Clearance
Manager has the power under the Immigration Rules to revoke a visa where appropriate.</p><p>
