When we are in a position to announce a delivery date, it will be with the assurance that it is value for money and deliverable by that date. We anticipate being in that position later this year.</p><p> </p><p>Network Rail are undertaking pre-construction planning to enable the scheme to be delivered as quickly as possible. Through the current Aviation 2050 consultation the Department is considering a new Passenger Charter that will include standards for booking information, and clear terms and conditions. The Civil Aviation Authority is engaging with industry to ensure that their terms and conditions are transparent, prominent and fair. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/01/2019 answer text <p>The Department sets carbon trajectory targets in franchise agreements to encourage industry to deliver greener trains which could include hydrogen.</p><p> </p><p>The Department has also challenged the Industry to report on the options for having no more diesel only trains on the rail network by 2040. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/01/2019 answer text <p>Government Departments continue to engage with a wide range of businesses to understand their priorities and issues as we leave the European Union, both to inform our negotiating position, and our preparations in the unlikely event of there being no deal.</p><p> </p><p>Departments can make use of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) when structuring their engagements on preparations for leaving the EU, which is a crucial component of planning. It is for departments to determine the manner in which engagement with stakeholders takes place.
