star this property answer text <ul><li>Dormant Assets legislation currently defines financial inclusion as &quot;the development of individuals' ability to manage their finances ​​or the improvement of access to personal financial services''.</li><li>To date, the focus of dormant assets funding for financial inclusion has been tackling problem debt and improving access to affordable and appropriate financial products and services for people in vulnerable circumstances.</li><li>At present, the government is considering over 3,300 responses to the public consultation on what the broad social and/or environmental purposes of the English portion of dormant assets should be going forwards.</li><li>The government plans to publish a response in early 2023 setting out these future purposes of the English portion.</li></ul><p> </p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>​The Sport Survival Package operated a standard repayable loan facility on a 10-year term with a two-year holiday and repayments over eight years at an interest rate of 2%, with the ability to offer 20 year-terms with up to a four-year repayment holiday subject to the individual circumstances of the borrower.</p><p>We are unable to comment on individual cases given their commercial sensitivity. Disclosing sensitive financial information to the open market puts the clubs at a competitive disadvantage.</p><p> </p> more like this

The name Youth Offender Panels is included in the legislation, but in practice Youth Offending Teams may (and do) already call them other names such as ‘Referral Order Panel’ or ‘Community Panel’. We have no plans to change the name of Youth Offender Panels in the relevant legislation.</p> more like this
