We urge all parties to the conflict to take all reasonable steps to allow and facilitate rapid, safe and unhindered humanitarian access, as called for in the two UN Security Council Presidential Statements that the UK sponsored and coordinated in June 2017 and March 2018. This has been a constant theme of our engagement with the Saudi authorities. The UK played a leading role in persuading the Saudi-led Coalition to ease access restrictions on Hodeidah and Saleef ports, imposed after a Houthi ballistic missile was launched at Riyadh on 4 November. During the recent visit to London of Saudi Crown Prince Mohamed bin Salman, the UK and Saudi Arabia reaffirmed their commitment to work together to strengthen the inspection mechanism of the UN's Verification and Inspection Mechanism (UNVIM) to ensure that all Yemeni ports can remain fully open to commercial and humanitarian supplies. The UK is providing £1.3 million this financial year to UNVIM, and has deployed UK maritime experts to Djibouti to boost the inspections process. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/03/2016 answer text <p>Whilst private hire vehicle operators have the freedom to subcontract bookings, the operator that originally accepted a sub-contracted booking remains ultimately responsible for that booking.</p><p> </p><p>Both the initial operator who accepts the booking and the operator who fulfils the booking by providing a driver and vehicle are under a duty to keep records of the booking. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/09/2018 answer text <p>We recognise that our new relationship with the EU means that we will no longer be members of the Single Market and will therefore have a different relationship with that market from the end of 2020.</p><p>We want to facilitate continued cross-border provision of legal services between the UK and the EU. As part this consultation, we proposed amending the Industry Initiatives element of the scheme to allow participating energy suppliers to have the opportunity to provide rebates to residents of Park Homes. Providing support to park home residents in this way would be at the discretion of suppliers, who would also determine the level of support made available. The consultation closed on 13 November and we are currently analysing the responses.
