The Government has made over £200bn available to local authorities to spend on local services over this Spending Review.</p><p> </p><p>The Government is committed to making sure young people have opportunities to develop their skills and participate in their communities. The Office for Civil Society (OCS), now based in DCMS, has spent over £667m on youth programmes and supporting youth service delivery between 2014/15 and 2017/18 - with £190m of that being spent in 2017/18. It places obligations on organisations to process people's data lawfully, fairly and transparently. This includes making it clear to people how their data will be used, for how long it will be held and when it will be erased. The GDPR also provides individuals with increased control over their own data by conferring certain rights, such as the right to seek restriction of processing. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/05/2018 answer text <p>The government’s all-seater stadium policy precludes the use of standing accommodation at clubs in the top two tiers of English football.</p><p> </p><p>Spectator safety at sports grounds remains the priority for Government.
