To attribute a benefit to the programme, an OPE partnership must submit evidence that a benefit has been delivered. As such the proportion of applications ultimately rejected is low as these are flushed out before an application is made.</p><p> </p><p>Since 1 April 2016, 126 applications have been received and of these 2 have ultimately been rejected following full engagement.
